Who We Are
J&R Machining was founded in 1991 and is located in San Jose, California. Since its inception, J&R has supported industries including data storage, medical, electronic and aerospace. Utilization of the latest in CAD/CAM technology coupled with leading edge CNC and EDM machining makes J&R the most efficient and "go to" facility for prototype work and full manufacturing. Services and capabilities include state-of-the-art equipment at an 8,000 square foot facility, machining tolerances held to +/-.0001 and EDM/Grinding tolerance +/- .00002. The services include 5 axis capabilities, CNC milling/turning precision grinding, CAD design/engineering (specialized tooling), prototype repair/modification, machine building (automation), short/long run production (turnkey assembly), and CNC precision machining EDM (Wire and Sinker).
